Motivation is the group of factors i.e. internal and
external which stimulates the desire and power in people to be continually
interested in and committed to a job. Being inspired naturally means that you
take pleasure from what you are doing, and are less disturbed with the external
rewards. The part of inspiration in the work environment is direct
hypothetically yet is hard to really quantify.
According to some research, motivation at a work place is
really very important because if your employees are not motivated they will not
be able to reach the goal and objectives that you fix to them.

Appreciating an employee can lead to increase in
productivity and allow an association to achieve higher levels of output. If you
are successful in motivating your employee then they will always find out a
better way of completing task on time. They will be more quality-oriented and
work with higher productivity and efficiency. Moreover inspired employee will
retain a high level of innovation while bringing higher-quality work more proficiently.
